When you copy content such as a quiz into a new section of the course, There has been a few reports of images within quiz questions not coming over when the content is copied.
Steps to take:
After you copy content that includes quizzes into a new section, it is advisable to go into each quiz and review questions that are supposed to include an image. If the image is not there, you will need to manually edit the quiz question to include the image.
