What to do in the case of a student that has been dropped/is no longer in the class:

If a student has been dropped from the class in Canvas, faculty and deans will not be able to add the student back to the course or the incomplete section of the course. A dean from the department needs to reach out to the Academic Technology Support Team and request that the student be reinstated in the Canvas course and added to the incomplete section of the course.

If a student has been dropped from the class in PeopleSoft, the dean/department will need to reenroll the student in PeopleSoft, and then reach out to ATST to request that the student be reenrolled in Canvas, and placed in the incomplete section of the course.
