When a student is auditing your course, you will follow the same steps to the submit the student's final grade as you would for any other student. The steps are outlined in Submitting Final Grades in Canvas
It does not matter what numeric value you give in the overall final grade area for that student, because when the grades are transferred from Canvas to MySPC, an X will show up on the student's transcript.
There is one caveat to this: YOU CANNOT GIVE AN AUDITING STUDENT A ZERO. Giving them a zero will result in the student having an Incomplete on their transcript, even if they are auditing.
Please grade the student's work as they take the course. Then, you can submit whatever grade they have accumulated. If they have not submitted any work, go in and enter grades anyway for the individual assignments.
Check within MySPC after 15 minutes (in the Faculty Center) to ensure the auditing student has been issued an X for audit.
Faculty Center is accessed by logging into SPC's Titan Hub, selecting Faculty Resources from the center dropdown menu (1) and selecting Faculty Resources from inside that dropdown menu (2).
