View a Students Discussion Post History (Check for Editing)

If you would like to see if a student has edited their post, for example, to get around the "post first" requirement, you can review the post history of a post/reply from a student. Some students will post a few words first, read others' work, and then update their posts after. 


Step-by-Step: 

  1. Click on Submissions on the Navbar
  2. Click on Discussions
  3. Click on the Discussion Topic
  4. If you see a thread that has the Edit Icon edit icon.png, this indicates that the post has been edited
  5. To view the Edits, click on the dropdown arrow dropdown example.pngnext to the title of the post
  6. Click on View Post History (You will see the original and then the edited post)
  7. Click on Close
