Allow Pop-Ups for Titan Hub in Chrome Browser

 

To avoid authentication each time you use the Canvas Widget in Titan Hub, select to allow pop-ups for the site within your browser settings. This guide reviews this process for Chrome and Firefox browsers.

Allows Pop-Ups for Titan Hub in Chrome Browser

  1. Once you are in the Titan Hub, look for the blocked pop-up icon in the address bar at the top of the page

  2.  Click on the blocked pop-up icon, select the option to always allow pop-ups from titanhub.spcollege.edu

  3. Click Done (blue button)
  4. Refresh your page by clicking the refresh page icon to the right of the address bar. Your courses will appear.

Allows Pop-Ups for Titan Hub in Firefox

  1. Once you are in Titan hub,  look for the blocked pop-up notification below the address bar at the top of the page. Click Options.

  2. Select the option to Allow pop-ups for titanhub.spcollege.edu

  3. Refresh the page by clicking the refresh icon at the top of the page to the right of the address bar

  4. Your courses will appear
