This is a copy of an email that you will receive within an hour of your grade transfer. If you do not receive this email please check your spam folder. Also, if you need to change/adjusted student's grades, you will need to submit a change of grade form for each student.

Hi Professor Smith,

Congratulations! We noticed that you transferred your final grades in MyCourses.
If you transferred your grades in error or there is a discrepancy, a grade change form is required.
You can access the grade change form by selecting: https://webapps.spcollege.edu/survey/11636 .
