You can view if students have read an email message that was sent via the MyCourses email tool. The only way to view this information is via the Sent Folder. Make sure you have the correct settings in order for you to view which students have read a message by viewing the Email Settings Tutorial.
Step-by-Step:
- Click on the Email icon , located at the top of MyCourses
- Click on Email
- Click on Sent Mail
- Click on the Subject Name of the email you wish to review
- Click on View Recipient Activity (This will give you information on when a recipient has read the email)
- Click on Close to close the Recipient Activity Window
- Click on Close to the close the Message Preview Window
