If you are using the groups tool in MyCourses to create groups of students in your course, you may wish to send an email to the entire group to inform them of something important. Here is how you can email a group of students.
Step-by-Step:
- Click on Communicate on the Navbar
- Click on Groups
- Click on the dropdown arrow under View Categories
- Click on the Group Category you would like to select from
- Click on the check box next to the group you would like to email
- Click on Email
- Enter Subject and Message
- Click on Send
