Using the Classlist to send emails to an entire class or individual students is the most efficient method of composing and sending emails to your students. Here are steps to either email the entire Classlist, or one/multiple students in the course.
Step-by-Step: Send Email to the Entire Class via Classlist
- Click on Communicate on the Navbar
- Click on Classlist
- Click on Email Classlist
- Click on Send Email
- Type in Subject (Leave the OFR information)
- Type your Message
- Click on Send
Step-by-Step: Send an email to a student/some students
- Click on Communicate on the Navbar
- Click on Classlist
- Check the box next to the student/students you would like an email to go to
- Click on Email at the top of the list
- Type in Subject (Do not remove the OFR number in the subject line)
- Type your Message
- Click on Send
