When you create a new quiz, it is set to hidden by default. This is done because you most likely working on the quiz and do not want students to access it until it is ready. When you are ready to open the quiz to the students, you must change the status from hidden to visible.
Step-by-Step:
- Click on Submission Review on the Navbar
- Click on Quizzes
- Click on the drop-down arrow next to the quiz
- Click on Make Visible to Users
