How to Change your "Preferred Name" in Canvas

This guide will provide instructions on how to change/edit your "Preferred" name in Canvas. 

 

Step-by-Step

  1. Sign into the SPC Canvas instance at canvas.SPCollege.edu or through the Widget on Titan Hub.
  2. Click Account on the left Navigation bar, Settings then Edit Settings.

3. Then simply type your "Preferred Name" inside the box and click Update Settings. 2024-12-04_12-54-08.png
