Practice running an Intelligent Agent generates a list of users who meet the specified criteria, but it does not send those users notifications or emails.
Step-by-Step:
- Click on Edit Course on the Navbar
- Click on Intelligent Agents
- Click on the drop-down arrow
next to the agent you would like to run (This is practice and will not actually send to your students)
- Click on Practice Run
- Click on Run
- Click on Done (You will receive an email when it has been completed, see an example of the email below. To view results go back to the Intelligent Agent and will see Results of the Last Run)
