When creating intelligent agents, you will set up a schedule on which they will run, daily, weekly, monthly, and annually. There may be cases, however, when you need the agent to run on a specific day, even though it is not specifically scheduled.
Step-by-Step:
- Click on Edit Course on the Navbar
- Click on Intelligent Agents
- Click on the drop-down arrow
next to the intelligent agent you would like to run
- Click on Run Now
- Click on Run ( The agent will run when the system resources are free. Agents usually run within 1-2 hours of clicking this option. You will receive an email in your MyCourses email confirming that the agent has been run.
