Intelligent Agent Console Overview

Here is how to navigate to the area of MyCourses where you can set up intelligent agents, and an overview of the Intelligent Agent Console.

Overview:

  1. Click on Edit Course on the Navbar 

  2. Click on Intelligent Agents

    • A.  New- Create a New Agent

    • B.  Enable/Disable - Check the box to the left of one or more agents to quickly enable or disable them

    • C.  Agents - Shows the existing intelligent agents in the course, their titles, and any descriptions added to each

    • D.  Agents Dropdown - Click the drop-down arrow to the right of any existing agent and you have the option to Edit, Copy, View history, Practice Run, Run Now or Delete the agent

    • E.  Results of Last Run - This will give you a detailed list of your results

    • F.  Last Run Date - This is the date that the agent last ran

    • G.  Next Run Date - This will tell you when the next scheduled run for the agent will run
