This option allows you to view and grade students' discussion posts from the Submission Review area of the course.
Step-by-Step:
- Click on Submissions on the Navbar
- Click on Discussions
- Click on the drop-down arrow next to Topic Name
- Click on Assess Topic
- Under each student's name, click on Topic Score
- Enter a score, add Feedback and Check Published
Note: If the feedback area consists of 300,000 characters or more a Tooltip will now appear that reads, "There are invalid grades on this page," the error that caused the Tooltip to appear will be excluded. The Tooltip encourages faculty to review the evaluation.
Note: Written feedback cannot be more than 300,000 characters. If it is more than 300,0000 characters, a tooltip message will appear that says, "There is one or more errors in the information entered."
- Click on Save and Close
- Repeat Steps 5-7, for each student
- Click on Save and Close
