Call MyCourses Support Team on Microsoft TEAMS

The Instructional Technology Support team can be reached by calling us in Microsoft Teams. Teams is a part of the Microsoft 365 download and for most faculty, it should already be on your device. Below are steps on how you can find and call the MyCourses Support Team through Microsoft Teams. How to share your screen once connected with a support member will also be outlined.

Teams use the same email and password as all other applications at SPC if you are prompted for a password when you sign in.

  1. Search for and open the Teams application on your computer. You may be asked to sign in. If you are, use your SPC email and Password

  2. Once logged in, you will see a search bar across the top of the window

  3. Type in My Courses For Faculty in the search. Here is what it looks like in the results:

  4. Click on My Courses For Faculty from the populated results
  5. At the top right of the page, below your profile icon, there is a small phone icon. Click the phone icon to call us

  6. After a brief pause, you will hear the ring tone and an agent will pick up.

  7. Once you are connected, you will see the agent's profile picture in the center of the screen:

  8. To share your screen, click the share button at the top right of the screen:

  9. Once you click share, you will see the share menu. Select the screen that you wish to share:

  10. Once you share your screen, you can show us where in your course you are having issues and come to a swift resolution.
