Our technicians have made some system changes which may have helped this issue.
You will need to:
- Clear your Cache/Cookies on your browser (steps for Firefox and Chrome are below)
- Close and Restart your Browser
- Return to the college webpage www.spcollege.edu (do not Google search)
- Click ‘Titan Login’,
- Log into your account.
***If you cannot login due to Multifactor Authentication or receive a error that mentions ‘Tenant’ or ‘account does not exist’, please contact the Technical Support Center by Phone or Chat so we may assist you with updating your Multifactor Authentication Method. We will need to verify you identity to make any changes to your account.
Before you perform the steps above, you must ensure that you are logged out of Titan Hub. If you haven’t been able to log in, please disregard this step.
To Log Out of Titan Hub:
- Exit out of the error page if you have not already
- Go back to Titan Hub (Titanhub.spcollege.edu)
- In the top right hand corner of TitanHub, select the icon for your profile options (this may be a silhouette or the picture you have selected for your profile)
4. In the Profile Settings, select the option to Log Out
This should take you back to the SPC Sign in screen. Now we will clear your cache and cookies to resolve the issue. Please perform the actions below that pertain to the browser you are using. Once completed, restart your browser and try again.
How to clear cache and cookies:
In Firefox:
- Click on the menu button to open the menu panel.
- Click History and select Clear Recent History….
- Next to Time range to clear, choose Everything from the drop-down menu, select Cache in the items list, make sure other items you want to keep are not selected and then click the OK button.
This should work for you afterward, however, if you run into any issues, please let us know.
