If you are Logged Into Your Titan Hub, Log Out First:
- In the top right hand corner of TitanHub, select the icon for your profile options (this may be a silhouette or the picture you have selected for your profile)
4. In the Profile Settings, select the option to Log Out
This should take you back to the SPC Sign in screen. Please perform the actions below that pertain to the browser you are using. Once completed, CLOSE ALL BROWSER WINDOWS and Restart your browser to try again.
How to clear cache and cookies:
Be sure to click the ADVANCED tab, then change Time Range to ALL TIME before clearing data
In Firefox:
- Click on the menu button to open the menu panel.
- Click History and select Clear Recent History….
- Next to Time range to clear, choose Everything from the drop-down menu, select Cache in the items list, make sure other items you want to keep are not selected and then click the OK button.
