The information below will provide you details on reconciling high school records.
Students should only have ONE high school record on their External Education record. You will need to update the high school information if the students (1) listed "Unknown" for their high school or (2) they are graduating from a different high school than the one they indicated on their application.
In either case, you will need to update the "Organization ID" on the External Education record before you receive the transcript.

Steps to Update External Education Record for Previously Undisclosed Schools:
1. Go to the High School record on External Education.
2. Use the spyglass to find the name of the school. Type in the name of school as Description.
Click on {Look Up}. Click on school name.
3. The system will return the following warning message. Click {OK}.
4. Receive High School transcript and SAVE record.
