Updating a previously undisclosed College Transcript in PeopleSoft is a critical part of a student’s admission.
Students do not always disclose all of the colleges they attended when applying to SPC. However, the college must have a record and transcripts from every regionally accredited college or university the student enrolled in undergraduate level class. If you are speaking with a student, or receiving a transcript and learn of a college that is not reflected on the External Education page, you will need to add a row for the school. 

Steps to Update External Education Record for Previously Undisclosed Schools:

1. Click the + sign at the top right side to add a new row.

2. Use the spyglass to find the name of the school. Type in the name of school as Description.

    Click on {Look Up}. Click on school name. 



If you have the official transcript Receive the transcript as directed above.

If you do not have the official transcript leave it as Desired and click Save.
