Faculty are required to report attendance for their courses at certain intervals of the term. Attendance is officially reported in MySPC (People Soft). 

 

Step-by-Step: 

  1. Go to www.spcollege.edu
  2. Click on Faculty + Staff login (top right corner)
  3. Enter your SPC email and password. You will be taken to the Titan Hub
  4. Look for the MySPC & Employee Resources, hover over the MySPC and Employee Resources tile to display links:

  5. Click on MySPC
  6. Click on Faculty Services

  7. Select the correct link on the left side menu:
    1. SPC Class Attendance – if you are entering attendance for Week 1 or 2 of your course
    2. SPC 60% Participate – if you are entering 60% attendance for your course
  8. Click on the section number for the course for which you would like to enter attendance
  9. Select the attendance status of each student using the dropdown boxes
  10. Click Save
  11. Click Approve
  12. Repeat for any other courses for which attendance is due
