  • SPC Support Guides: (2) Step-by-step tech support guides created specifically for St. Petersburg College. Because SPC customizes some Canvas features and integrates additional academic technology tools, our guides provide institution-specific instructions that may differ from the standard Canvas documentation.
  • Contact the Academic Technology Support Team: (3) Fill out a form to get the fastest help from our team on all things Canvas and academic technology!
  • Search the Canvas Guides: (4) Official documentation from Instructure for standard Canvas features and functionality.
  • Student Technical Support: (5) Share this link with your students to direct them to the student tech support team and resources.

Note: If you're a student in any course (including a faculty/staff training), you'll see the Ask Your Instructor a Question option at the bottom of your help menu (6).
