The First Name column within Enter Grades area the default sorted column. You can sort on any column name to change this default sort.
Step-by-Step:
- Click on Grades on the Navbar
- Click on Enter Grades
- You will see, it is defaulted to sort by the last name in ascending order. Click on the arrow to sort by the last name in descending order
- Click On First Name, this will sort by the first name in ascending order
- Click on the arrow to sort by the first name in descending order
- Click on a Grade Item, this will sort by grade from highest to lowest
- Click on the arrow, this will sort by the grade from lowest to highest
