Seeing a true student view of the gradebook can help you troubleshoot some possible issues. For example, students may email you and say “I do not see my overall grade.” Using the student preview can help you understand what your students are experiencing.
Step-by-Step:
- Click on Grades on the Navbar
- Click on Enter Grades
- Click on the Student's name you wish to preview
- Click on the dropdown arrow next to the student's name
- Click on Preview (The preview window will appear showing you exactly how the gradebook appears as if you were logged in as a student)
