Use of the Turnitin service via MyCourses enables students and faculty to identify areas within submitted work that can be strengthened through improved paraphrasing, integration of sources, or proper citation. The tool flags similarity and mechanical issues in written work that merit review. Here is how to view a student's report.
Step-by-Step:
- Click on Submission Review on the Navbar.
- Click on Dropboxes.
- Click on the Name/Title of the Dropbox.
- Within the submissions under the Turnitin Similarity Report column, you will see a percentage number and color next to each file submitted. Click on the color.
- The report will open in a new tab.
