The emailing tool within Faculty tools has several different advantages, filtering, pre-prepared emails, etc.
Step-by-Step:
- In Faculty tools under Grade Check, Last Login, Student Persona, Grade Preview, you have the options to email your students. You can use the filters to access those students that your email is geared towards. Select the student/s that you wish to email
- Click on Email or Email Selected for multiple
- You will now notice that the email has been generated and has pre-populated the students' email address/es in the BCC area. You have two options:

Manually type in your email to your student/s

**NEW*** Click on Suggestions, there are pre-generated emails for several different topics; Tutoring, Research, Resources for Time Management, Study Strategies and Note Taking, Registration for upcoming semester and Academic Integrity/Plagiarism
