The Enter Grades Area of the gradebook can be a bit overwhelming because there can a great deal of scrolling. There a number of ways of ways you can manipulate the gradebook columns to reduce the scrolling by collapsing and hiding columns.
Step-by-Step:
- Click on Grades on the Navbar
- Click on Enter Grades
To Hide/Show Columns - Click on More Actions
- Click on Hide/Show Columns
- Select and deselect the grade items and categories you wish to hide or see
- Click on Save
To Collapse a Category
- Click on the minus sign next to the category
- Click on the plus sign to re-expand
