The Enter Grades Area of the gradebook can be a bit overwhelming because there can a great deal of scrolling. There a number of ways of ways you can manipulate the gradebook columns to reduce the scrolling by collapsing and hiding columns.


  1. Click on Grades on the Navbar
  2. Click on Enter Grades

    To Hide/Show Columns

  3. Click on More Actions 
  4. Click on Hide/Show Columns
  5. Select and deselect the grade items and categories you wish to hide or see
  6. Click on Save

    To Collapse a Category

  7. Click on the minus sign next to the category minus sign highlighted next to subtracted points.png
  8. Click on the plus sign to re-expand plus sign highlighted next to subtracted points.png
