Titan Tech Services: Free Tech Support for SPC Students

Titan Tech Services provides free technical support to SPC students at the Clearwater, Seminole, St. Pete/Gibbs, and Tarpon Springs campuses. If a student is experiencing technology issues that are impacting their coursework, this service can help them get back on track quickly.

What is Titan Tech Services?

Titan Tech Services is a free technical support service staffed by talented CCIT interns and Federal Work Study students who help students with computer and device issues. All services are completely free with a valid SPC Student ID.

What Services Are Included?

  • Software installation and troubleshooting
  • Computer health checks and diagnostics
  • Operating system updates
  • Microsoft 365 support and troubleshooting
  • Phone and tablet troubleshooting

How to Refer Students

Students can schedule appointments by filling out the Titan Tech Services form or scanning the QR code.

Student Requirements

  • Valid SPC Student ID (required)
  • Scheduled appointment

What Students Should Bring

  • SPC Student ID
  • Device (laptop, tablet, phone, etc.)
  • Any necessary cables or accessories

When to Recommend Titan Tech Services

Consider referring students to Titan Tech Services if they:

  • Are struggling with software or device issues that affect their coursework
  • Need help with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Mention their computer is running slowly or behaving unexpectedly
  • Are having trouble accessing course materials due to technical problems

Faculty and Staff Support: Titan Tech Services is exclusively for students. Faculty and staff should contact their campus TSS support for technical support.

Availability: Titan Tech Services operates by appointment only. This ensures students receive dedicated support time without long waits.
