• Online Banking - Learn how to protect your money when you use online banking, get four important tips so you do not get hooked by a phishing attempt. Find out which questions to ask your bank to make sure your account is safe
• Protecting Children Online - Kids are online often for school and social media. Learn how to protect both your children and teenagers when they are on the Internet and how you can take preventive measures to keep them safe.
• Protecting Your Identity - Find out how fraudsters steal your identity and cause enormous trouble.
  Learn how you can prevent your identity from being stolen and ask the right questions before entering any personal information online.
• Securing Your Computer and Home Network - Find out what the things you need to do on a regular basis to make sure that hackers do not break into your computer or home network.
• Avoiding Malware - Learn examples of malware and how you can protect yourself against it. See why antivirus isn't the only thing you need to avoid malware.
• Opening up Email and Attachments - Learn about phishing and its evil cousin ‘spear-phishing’ and how the bad guys are trying to trick you into clicking on bad links or open infected attachments. Learn what ‘social engineering’ is, and how to defend against it.

Troubleshooting the Course:

If you are experiencing issues with your training, here are few quick things to try:

1. Close your browser completely and start over. 
2. Make sure your browser is up to date. (Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
3. Try changing browsers: Copy and paste the following link into a different browser, https://training.knowbe4.com. This link will take you to the training, log in with your SPC credentials. 
4. Reboot your computer.
