Examples of Canvas LMS Support Inquiries
Here are some examples of scenarios or issues we can address:
General Canvas Support
- Course Content Assistance – We can copy content into your course shells for you, provide instructions for you to copy your own content, or direct you to your Academic Department.
- Merging two online sections into one course shell
- Troubleshooting bugs, glitches, or other system issues – We can report incidents to the Canvas Help Desk for further assistance.
- Providing step-by-step instructional guides for technical tasks
- Support with Faculty Certification for Canvas (if applicable)
- Help setting up Zoom meetings or conferences within your course
- Assistance troubleshooting Gradebook issues and connecting learning activities (Quizzes, Discussions, Assignments)
- Submitting final grades at the end of the term
- Enrollment and withdrawal issues
- Any questions related to the technical management of your Canvas courses
- Panopto video support
- Copyleaks plagiarism detector.
- All Canvas and LMS related tech help.
