Survey Builder is a tool built in-house by the Online Learning and Services Department. Within Survey Builder you are able to create custom Surveys and Forms. Survey Builder allows you to see your results as a graph, embed your results, and several more possibilities. 

To access Survey Builder: 

Go to and enter your SPC login information in the SPC Single Sign-On login.

  1. Surveys - View All Surveys or select a certain folder of surveys.

  2. Create - Create or Clone a survey.  

  3. Organize - Manage Folders.

  4. Help - Access Tutorials. 

  5. Select a Survey - Jump to a survey using the drop-down list. 

  6. Logout - Logout of the Survey Builder.

  7. Open Surveys and Forms - List all surveys that are currently open.

  8. Filter - Search for a survey by title.

  9. Order by - Display surveys by Title, Open date, Close date, Created date, Most recent submission, Most submissions, and Most views.
