Purpose: Overview of standard instructor station equipment in the classroom.

What to Expect at the Instructor Station

  • Desktop Computer: Windows desktop computer; sign in using your SPC faculty credentials.
  • Document Camera: ELMO digital presenter to display physical papers, books, or handwritten work directly onto the classroom screen.
  • Webcam & Microphone: Monitor-mounted camera and integrated microphone.
  • Bring Your Own Device Cable: Dedicated HDMI cable for Bring Your Own Device connections.
  • Displays & Speakers: Overhead classroom projector (or a Newline interactive touchscreen in select rooms) and room speakers.
  • Room Controller: Interface to turn on equipment and switch display sources.
  • Emergency Support: Alertus button panel mounted directly to the base of the monitor.

  • Bunker Sheet: A quick-reference guide outlining IT support contacts, classroom AV instructions, network login formats, and campus emergency panic button procedures for Clearwater classrooms.
