Frequently Asked Questions

I know my student is on the basketball team. Why don't I see the coach listed as one of his contacts in Dropout Detective?
- Right now, Dropout Detective only shows instructors, because we’re still building a full connection between SPC’s student information system (PeopleSoft) and Dropout Detective. Coaches, career and academic advisors, and other student support contacts aren’t included just yet, even though they play a vital role in a student’s success. The good news is that we’re actively working on expanding that integration so they will be visible in the future. In the meantime, if you know a coach should be looped in, we recommend reaching out to them directly. And if you have suggestions or questions, feel free to email us at atst@spcollege.edu.
