Short Version: Select a message, scroll down, hold down shift key, and then select a second message. This selects all messages between. Then, delete.
Step-by-Step:
- Navigate to Canvas by going to the url, http:/canvas.spcollege.edu, or clicking on the Canvas widget in the Titan Hub.
- Locate the Inbox on the left hand side navigation menu. Select it.
- The most recent message will be at the top of the Inbox. Select the most recent message that you want to delete by selecting the checkbox inside the top left corner of the message.

This will select all of the conversations between the two selected conversations.
- Once all the conversations that you want to delete are selected, press the delete button on the top right hand menu.
- A dialogue box will appear and ask you if you are sure you want to delete your copy of these conversations, as this action cannot be undone. Select OK to proceed with the deletion.
