For any employee traveling out of the US who will need access to the SPC network for work, this International Travel Survey must be completed prior to traveling.


When the survey is completed, the confirmation will be sent to the employee's supervisor for approval. Supervisors must reply with 'Approved' in order for the request to be processed.

The request will reach the Technical Support Center for processing, who will review along Information Security department any restrictions for the country(s) the employee will be traveling to.

Once approved and it is confirmed that the access can be applied for the allowed country, the access will be applied.


Once we have approval for traveling:

  • At least a day before the employee travels, access will be applied.
    • If the employee travels on the weekend, access will be applied the Friday prior to the Travel Date.
