Office 365 is a cloud-based suite of productivity tools from Microsoft. It integrates all the apps you need to collaborate with your classmates or coworkers. Whether working from campus or on the go, Office 365 is available wherever you are, from virtually any device. Get to know some of the key Office 365 tools leveraged by St. Petersburg College by browsing the list below:

  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): MFA reduces the risk of loss of access to critical SPC technology systems affecting enrollment and financial vitality due to phishing attacks, ransomware attacks and frequent password changes. The solution also delivers a more secure and efficient process to sign into SPC technology systems.
  • OneDrive​: OneDrive for Business, a cloud storage and file sharing service from Microsoft, keeps all your files in one secure, access-it-anywhere location. Employees should use OneDrive for Business to store personal business data, while students can use it to store their personal data relating to coursework and other student activities. With OneDrive for Business, you can save your files to the cloud and access them anytime, both online and offline, and collaborate on documents in real-time with others at SPC.​

  • Microsoft Teams: Teams is a chat-based collaboration tool that provides global, remote, and dispersed teams with the ability to work together and share information via a common space. You ca​n utilize features like document collaboration, one-on-one chat, team chat, group development, and much more.

Downloading Office 365

Microsoft ​Office 365 is a cloud-based suite of productivity tools from Microsoft. It integrates all the apps you need to collaborate with your classmates or coworkers. Whether working from campus or on the go, Office 365 is available wherever you are, from virtually any device. Get to know Office 365 and the multitude of features it offers by browsing this section. ​

The Microsoft Office 365 suite includes Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and OneDrive. SPC students can install the software on up to five different devices.

🔹 Note: You must uninstall all versions of Office (including Trial Versions) you currently have on your computer prior to installing the SPC Office 365 Suite. You can visit the links below to assist you with uninstalling.

Make sure you reboot your computer after uninstall process is finished.


Step by Step

  1. Visit the college website www.spcollege.edu
    Click on Titans Login at the top right-hand corner of the page.

  2. Log in with your @Live.spcollege.edu Student Email address.

  3. Once you've logged in, you'll land in your Titan Hub.

  4. On the left-hand sidebar, Scroll Down to the 'Tools' section.

  5. Click Resources.

  6. Select  Show more...

  7. Click Office365.

  8. This Link will take you to the Microsoft 365 Copilot Page.

  9. Select Apps.
    Located in the bottom left corner of the window.

  10. Click Install Apps in the upper right corner.

  11. Click Microsoft 365 apps.
    • Click Install Office (Select a different language if needed, most computers use 64-bit):
    • Follow the prompts for installation
