ePortfolio is a personal portfolio tool for storing, organizing and sharing items that represent your learning. You can include documents, graphics, audio files, videos, presentations, coursework, etc. that demonstrate your improvement or mastery in a certain area. You decide what items you want to include in your ePortfolio, how you want to organize them, and who you want to share them with.  



  1. Click the Reports Tab on the Navbar

  2. Click ePortfolio

  3. You will be taken to the ePortfolio Dashboard

    Here you can view and access:

    • Newsfeed – a stream of activity on your ePortfolio items and items shared with you. This is what you will see first.

    • The blue settings wheel

    • Build your ePortfolio 

    • Add a new collection

    • Create and Upload New Items

    • Invitations

  4. Click on the My Items Tab

    Here you can:

    • Add new items

    • Create a new presentation or collection
    • View Items and Filter by Type – Artifacts, Collections, Presentations, etc.

    • Filter Items by Shared vs. Unshared

    • See what Items have been Shared with Groups or Individuals

    • Add Items to Presentations and Collections in Bulk

    • Access the Import/Export page

  5. Underneath the row of buttons is a Filter by row. This filter can help you find a presentation or collection easily

  6. Clicking on one of these filters will provide a view of only those items

  7. You can click on more than one filter to see those items

  8. Click on the filter name to not filter by those items

  9. There is also a Search box to the right of the My Items area that allows you to easily find artifacts

  10. Type in a search string in the Search Box

  11. Press the Enter key

  12. The items that meet your search string will be displayed

  13. Click the X next to the search string to see all of your items
