This tutorial reviews downloading a previously recorded Zoom meeting. Meetings recorded to the Cloud will be available to share and download for six months after the video is created. After six months, the recording will move to the trash bin in your Zoom account.

Cloud recordings are intended for short-term storage and use. For long-term storage, videos should be stored on Panopto or YouTube.

If you have used the Zoom integration in Canvas to host your Zoom meetings, you can access and download your Zoom Cloud recordings from the same area.

  2. Click on Modules.

  3. Locate and click on the Zoom Web Conferencing link (i.e. this is the link you and your students use to access the Zoom meetings).
