How to Use the Support Button in Canvas

In this tutorial, you will learn how to use the Support button in Canvas to get help when you encounter issues or have questions about your course.

Accessing the Support Button

1. Log in to Canvas.
   
   

2. Click the Help Icon.
   
   
   
   Note: located in the left Question mark within a circle.
   
   
   

3. Click Support Guides.
   
   
   
   
   

4. Click on the subject category you want to learn more about.
   
   
   
   
   
5.  To search manually type in the search bar in the top right corner.
   
   
   
   
   
6. Click SPC Tools to access SPC-related articles and guides. Click this link for a direct connection.
   
   
   
   
7. Scroll to the bottom of the Support guides window to contact our Technical Support Staff or Academic Technology Support Team.
